FEL controls maintenance

I noticed a crack in the protective booty around my FEL control lever. Are replacement booties available, and are there cams/lobes in this unit which would benefit from some lube?

Likely a dust cover, but remove it to see if what's inside looks like it wants an oil spritz. There are hardware-store products that will repair a split.
