FEL on my dead VAC

Going to pick up my 47 VAC tomorrow. It has a FEL that I assume willneed to be lifted to get the tractor onto the trailer. Question for you experts. How can i lift it up with no power?

Just run the cable or chain you use to pull it up on the trailer under the bucket. When you pull it on the chain should lift the bucket.

What Jon says some times works. But if you have a jack tall enough you can jack the loader up with the cross bar and then use some of those clip on cylinder locks or as I do I cut a piece of angle iron and lay it in place and zip tie the angle iron on so it holds the loader up in the air. I have also use another loader tractor to lift the loader up or pull it under a big tree and use a com-a-long to lift the loader up

Drag it backwards up onto your trailer. You want the weight forward on the trailer so it won't wag the dog. Loader will just drag along and not dig in, when pulling it backwards.-----------------Loren

Got it home yesterday. Pulled it upon the trailer with 2 comealongs. My wife is a girly girl but a trooper she helped. Took off the bucket and jacked up the arms to get it off the trailer. Now the fun begins getting the engine unstuck.
