are the fenders on a U 302 and jet star 3 super the same?

No, I've been told that the 302 fenders are a little taller. Both are 40" front to back on the top, both are 25 " front to back on the bottom, but the 302 fenders are 33" tall where the super jet are 30" tall.The 302 fenders have extra holes at the bottom for up and down adjustment and will work on a superjet or jet 3.Early ones have a dished out area for the mounting bracket and a screen around the lights, the later model is flat with sheet metal around the lights. I don't know the approx. serial number when they changed.
