That looks right to me.
The bent arm on top keeps the shields from sliding backwards as they slide across the ground.

I agree. Turn them around. With them turned around the tab keeps them from swinging too far forward and binding when the implement is lowered.
With them turned around they will slide back and automatically adjust to proper level when implement is dropped and moves forward.
