Fixed 300RN eagle hitch

Eagle hitch wouldn't go down, had been like that since I bought the tractor. The previous owners had only used the loader it used to have on it and had left the hitch in the up position for years and years. The piston had rusted in place in the cylinder. Was able to beat it out and clean it up. Back together now and working properly.

(quoted from post at 12:05:33 04/17/19) Nice job. Thanks for the pictures, too. Now I know what my Eagle Hitch looks like on the inside.

At least for the rockshaft versions. It is an incredibly simple setup really. I was scared to dig into it until I saw the diagram in the service manual.

When I did mine I found it quite a chore for an old man like me. I didn't have to beat mine out, I just blew it out with compressed air. Mine has a different seal setup. Its problem wasn't that it froze in place, it leaked down because the seals had turned to something that resembled charcoal.
