Flathead conversion

I'm hoping there's a few others out there that have done flathead V8 conversions on a 2N. My problem is the front support for the steer axle will not clear the
crank pulley. It misses by about a quarter inch keeping the support from bolting up to the engine cradle. My first thought is that the front support has been
bent, but to look carefully at it , it doesn't appear to be.I can easily make a spacer to make up the differance however I feel like thats not really addressing
the real problem whatever that may be. Any advise would be helpful.

If you don't get any response here, do a search on "awesome henry". Then go to that website. You might want to call them and ask your question.

I cut and welded in a piece to clear the pulley on my V6. IMO I think it's easier to hack up one from the 2n axle carrier than the 9n axle carrier. There's a lot of extra work to be done on these conversions. People think you buy the adapter frame and just slap it in.
