flexible glue?

I have been using a urethane bond glue. somewhat flexible, works for a while before coming unglued. Unsightly overflow.

If someone has a better alternative, id like to know. ShoeGoo isn't it.

I use ShoeGoo and clean surfaces thoroughly with lacquer thinner.
I $ is not a concern , use Urethane sports shoe repair.
If I can use black urethane, 3M 8609. Store left over in freezer.
I have been using ShoeGoo for over 30 years.

Its probably time to get a new pair, try shifting brands if durability is questionable with what you have been buying. jmho gobble

Used to use shoe goo, but it never seemed to hold up too long on work boots. Maybe it's the manure or constantly getting wet. I have good luck using a construction adhesive like PL Premium. That's mainly because I always have some laying around, however. Probably better products out there, but it works for me.

I bought some made by Loctite at Home Depot. Works pretty good. It's a smaller tube that I bought several years ago and it hasn't dried up in the tube yet.

I just tried some solvent based gutter sealer on my old Muck Boots. Cannot yet say how it works. Will let you know in the spring!! :) Sorry I don't have the name of the stuff handy.
