Ford 3930 diesel leaking fluid from PTO shaft, bad seal?

If I replaced PTO shaft would that help?

Without looking at it...

probably bad seal.. is the pto shaft bent and wobble? if not, replace seal,, inspect shaft for groove worn in at seal, but usually its a bad seal.
