Just been working on an allis B for a friend need to know what kind of oil goes in rearend it also works the lift i think. Any help would be great since this is my first allis to work on.

I use the newer UTF in all my Cs which are for the most part the same as the B as for the working of. Down in the bull gear pans I use 85W-140

i also use walmart or tsc utf in mine.. I have a G.. etc.

UTF is Universal Tractor fluid, or Hytrans, etc.. you can get at Wal Mart, Farm Store, or etc..
