Thank you for your help on 10-31-23.
Spraying the relief ring with penetrating oil worked. Had moved the levers back and forth before I tried to hook up the hudralics. Also found that one of the holding straps on one of the duust plug had shrunck so much that it kept the relive cylinder from goin far enough forward. Had to replace it.
