Foot Throttle for a MF 150

I see a lot of aftermarket kits for a 135 and a few 200 series models, but not much for a 150.

Did the 150 ever come from the factory with one?

Has anyone modified an aftermarket kit to fit?

I would like one as I'm making hay in an area with a lot of hills and can see the use of one while raking hay with the 150.

Been looking into this some, I believe one could be made to work. I haven't found one ever listed for the 150 in the parts book.

Looks like a foot throttle from a MF 165 would mount to the footrest. Then it would just need a modification of the linkage by adding a quadrant for the hand and foot throttle to work together.

This post shows some good pictures of what may be needed to make it work.

Sorry for taking so long to reply, but I have been down with 'flu and only made it over to the shop this afternoon to take these pics. I hope they help. Parts for these throttles are available from Sparex.

You can purchase a foot throttle and a quadrant separately.
