Ford 1510 tractor question

When I was taking off the rocker arm assembly and the head. This piece fell out. Where does it go? All help is very much appreciated.

Hello aarcher7, welcome to YT! My vote is a valve cap #17 as shown in the diagram linked by Andy, goes on top of valve under rocker arm. Should be 5 others one on top of each valve. Hey, I’ve been looking for a great diagram like that. I have the book but it’s not all that wonderful but it’s definitely the cap so number 17.
