Ford 1900 - considering buying

I have a neighbor who is considering selling a Ford 1900 three cylinder diesel with about 1500 hours on the meter. It has a 771 loader and appears to run well, but I need to do some more checking on it. If anyone has experience with this model, I would appreciate any feedback on it's reliability, etc. Is there anything I should look out for?

Also, any ideas what this outfit might be worth?

I bot a ford 1500 in January. It has the 2 cylinder schibaura diesel but everything else is about the same as they both use the same parts and repair manuals but the 1910 has more power, etc.

Hour meter on mine showed just over a hundred hours but I assume it rolled over at least once or twice as it only goes to 3 digits in hours. It was basically used as a private mowing tractor and had sat for a while.

Paid 3100 for it, a 5' three blade finish mower, and a 5' ford model 715 snow blower. Don't know anything about actual value of one is but I'd think one that size with a loader would bring 2500 to 3500 or more according to an auction I was at. Assuming it will start and run. Mine was hard starting and needed injectors rebuilt for 290 bux plus 50 for new glow plugs. The hydraulics worked but had a problem with the filter oring.

What is the guy asking for the 1910? Also let us know what you buy it for if you buy it.
