Ford 1910 will not charge

Hoping someone can help. The battery is good and charged. New alternator and SS regulator and starter switch. Engine off I have 12V on the B terminal of the alternator. When I run the engine it stays at 12V on the B terminal and the no charge light indicator is on. If I remove the wire from the B terminal I have 43V on the B terminal. This seems to be the only thing keeping it from charging. It was charging after I replaced the starter switch but just stopped for no reason.
