Ford 3000 Hydraulic question

I have a '68 Ford 3000 (gas) and I am wanting to hook up a Fasco 1200 loader, as others have done on some other threads. I am trying to figure out what the controls are for in the attached picture, so I can can figure out what I need to do to run the loader. I want to be able to operate my rear lift arms while using the loader, so if I need some other block or controller, that is okay. The loader has single action cylinders on the sides, and a single double acting cylinder on the bucket.

-What kind of controller do I already have?
-What do I need to add (or replace) to run the loader?

That is a Gannon valve. Rite handle has 1 port witch run loader lift. Left handle has 2 ports should run bucket. One operation at a time is all that it will do.

Thanks. I assume you mean I can only operate the lift or the bucket, so the rear hydraulic will still work? In other words, I can have a blade on the back, lifted up, and still use the end loader?

Is there a part(s) I can install to allow for simultaneous use of the lift and bucket? Even if that means removing the Gannon valve. I have heard of others installing a power beyond, which if I google that for a Ford 3000, the first thing that comes up is this, from this site:

The 3 point will hold blade up while useing loader, The hyd pump is 5 gpm. If want to use loader boom and lift at same time put a crankshaft driven pump on front.

When either of those valve handles is doing work, then the 3 point will not be responsive, but it will operate when those 2 handles are centered. The 3 point will hold a load up once it is up no matter what you do with those handles, as long as there is no internal leak in the 3 point system.
