Ford 3600 Power Steering issue

Hello

I have an old Ford 3600 with power steering. i had the shop do some work on it and they cracked the adapter for the steering block and they tried to weld it well long story short the weld broke and I had to put a new adapter on so I did. Now I have everything back together and all the lines hooked back up and I filled the pump full of power steering oil and tried to turn the wheel and when I did the wheels when hard right automatically..i tried to turn them to the right but they won't go.

I thought it was an air bubble in the lines or something so I cracked all the lines and nothing. I put all the lines back on the way they came off so I don't know what my next steps should be.

Any advice would be appreciated

Is this a power assist steering system with single cylinder on left side with control valve operated by steering arm

The spool valve has a internal grove that must be toward the bottom of the steering shaft, also did you set the proper clearance on the spool valve lock nut
