Ford 3910

All the tractor specs say my new to me tractor has 24 inch back rims but mine has 28 inch wheels? What gives? Thanks Percy

Most all of the 3910's I have seen have 28" rear wheels! I have an '84 2 wheel drive that has 28" rears. I run 14.9 X 28 rears and 7.50 X 16 tri-ribs on front. My cousin has a 3910 series 2 4 wheel drive that has 28" rears and 24" fronts. If I remember correctly his rear tires are 14.9 x 28 and his fronts are 9.5 x 24.

28" wheels were the 'normal' wheels. 24" would have been an option, possibly for an LCG model.
14.9-28 was the most common tire size I've seen on a 3910, not to say that a 13.6-28 could not have been fitted...
