Ford 4000 Tractor Cab

Hi All

I am in the Process of seeing whether the Jubilee Cab that I build will fit on a 4000. I was wondering if someone with a 4000 could tell me the distance between the fenders and the distance front of the steering wheel to the center of the rear axle Thanks in advance

If you're talking about a 4-cylinder 4000, yes, it should fit. If it's a 3-cylinder 4000, nope, wont' fit.

I was taking my girlfriends daughter back to college in Warrensburg and passed a 4000 for sale on MO-13 on the way down. We stopped to take a look on the return trip and there was an 8N sitting next to it that I didn't see. It was the inline 4 cyl and I agree It should fit. The only real differences are the Size of the tires ( larger on the 4000) and the mounting under the tractor. I'm sure there are other gotchas -- Thanks again

Distance between the fenders on a 3 cylinder 4000 is variable. The fenders can be moved in and out on the axle to accomidate what width you set the rear wheels to.
