ford 4400 compatable backhoe

I am a newbie when it comes to tractors...so bare with me. I have owned a farmall cub for years and can operate it well. However it is too small for the work I need to do. I recently purchased a ford 4400 diesel tractor with a pto and frontend loader. I was wondering what model backhoe will fit on the back of this tractor. Thanks for your help.

You could have gotten several hoes on that tractor from the factory. A 750 (10ft) 753 (13ft) and 755 (15ft) were the most comon. I would recommend the 753. You"ll need the backhoe attachment along with the subframe assy.

I don't think the 755 is actually blessed on a 4400 - at least according to my backhoe assembly manual. 750 and 753 are.

You do not need to delete the PTO, it will fit just fine. I've had one that had both 3pt and pto with the backhoe.

I've not seen a 755 on a 4400, but it would fit. I've seen and owned a few 3550's and 420's that had 755 hoes on them and they are the same size as a 4400 just newer.

Thanks guys....will I have to remove the frontend loader frame assembly to attach the backhoe frame assembly? Or just attach the backhoe frame onto the existing frontendloader fram?
