ford 5000 identification assistance.

Here is the only information that i have at this
time.

F1015C I think it is the model number but what is
F?

It is only my guess that it is a 5000 so I maybe mistaken on the exact model.

Are you sure that F isn't an E? If it's an E you have a 5000.

It must be an E since that matches up to the rest of the identification. I will try to collect the other numbers for more clarification.

4E23B .. this is a production date code not a unit ID

it translates to May 23, 1974 Day shift.. which matches your serial number..
