Ford 5000 industrial tractor

Hi guys , I have a Moore SP1511 multi wheel roller. It is built around a Ford 5000 tractor. It has the usual gearstick and the Hi/Low range gearstick. It has no clutch . It has a Fwd, neutral, reverse selector lever with the throttle incorporated with it. On the operating instructions it refers to the transmission as reverseomatic. It obviously has a torque converter. The transmission oil is badly contaminated with water, and does not have any red colour. My question is , what grade of oil should it have .
