You have a cylinder with no hoses? What about a valve and outlets? Do you have a picture to provide a bit more detail on what you have. Hard to make any suggestions without more info.I have a remote cylinder on my 5000 with no hoses. Can someone direct me to a link where I can get just the hoses and possibly the bracket for the rear? I could go to the hydraulic hose shop but I'm not sure about length TPI Etc. I really need these ASAP thanks
And no NPT!!!!TSC hoses are poor quality on their best day. Low quality hose, low quality fittings, and poor crimps.
I'll take a gates/parker hose with appropriate ends crimped by a hydraulic shop or Napa anyday.
Okay I found a hoses but I need to be for sure which coupler I need to fit this. Thank youI have a remote cylinder on my 5000 with no hoses. Yes I have the single spool valves and everything it just looks like no one ever ran hoses. You have a cylinder with no hoses? What about a valve and outlets? Do you have a picture to provide a bit more detail on what you have. Hard to make any suggestions without more info.
ASAP = local source, either a hose shop or a tractor supply.

Most likely ISO 5675 agricultural couplers - AKA "Pioneer style" couplers.Okay I found a hoses but I need to be for sure which coupler I need to fit this. Thank you
Everything that fails for me is the type with an o ring squeezed in. Hate that stuff. Fails every 5-10 years. Pipe thread fittings are trouble free for me. Running stuff with pipe thread that’s been on the place for over half a century, just keeps working. And no NPT!!!!

Looks lije ORB. You need one of these in the appropriate size:Hopefully someone can help I know bolt and nut threads but I'm not sure what's going on here. I ordered the hoses through Yesterday's Tractors and female fittings they sent me male fittings that doesn't fit the end of the hose. I'm guessing the end of the hose is 1/2 NPT?
I don't have a clue what the threads are in the male fitting but it's important because I need to get a female fitting and the right thread to fit this hose. Thank you
If the hose is 1/2" NPT the 6405-08-08 adapter is what you need. Or buy a tip with NPT threads.Looks like 1/2" male pipe thread on the hose. And the part number for the coupler says 3/4"-16 thread 1/2" ORB.
You need adaptors as shown. Or just buy the correct male couplers in 1/2" npt from any farm store, equipment dealer, napa, etc .
Exactly why I don't buy hydraulic fittings at NAPAThe 6405-08-08 adaptors are 11.99 at my local napa. A pioneer male couplers with 1/2npt female threads is 8.99.
One less connection to worry about and cheaper.....
A 1/2" NPT male fitting measures .84Do you think the half inch Pioneer Style female fitting will fit the fitting up above? It looks like it measures almost 7/8
All depends on your situation. I am pretty sure I could be up and running in <15 minutes and never leave the shop.I buy at Napa because I would have had this hose/coupler situation taken care of on day 1, with no adaptors, no shipping, no tax, no waiting...
In the time it took to make this post, order parts, recieve the wrong parts, ask more questions, order new parts, etc. I would have been up and running and been 10 jobs down the road.
