Thanks to all those who responded. I used the exploded parts list to try and order new nylon seals at my local New Holland dealer only to be informed they are no longer available. Even if we could spare the money for a rebuilt pump we couldn't afford to have the tractor down more than a week. This called for some "barnyard engineering" which some on this forum might find revolting. I saw the main issue as not being able to get the valve housing tight enough due to not having the proprietary socket and I didn't have time to find one even if they still existed/were available. I set each housing up in the mill and cut a small grove down the socket grip area every 30 degrees (12 total). This allowed the use of an 11/16th 12 point wrench to drop on and be the "new tool". The front two seals were too tight to remove so a little extra torque sealed them up. The rear two came out easily meaning the seal was really "shrunk". I used a heat gun to soften the nylon on those two then quickly socked them down. Worked out perfectly and no more leaks.
