Ford 515 Sickle Mower

I have one of these, but do not have the bracket that originally allowed the breakback bar to attach to the tractor. Any advice?

you mean the little bracket that hangs under the axle? A large chunk of angle iron(3x3x1/2,6 long) can be uesd to make one. The short stubby pin can be obtained from these guys(YT).Some can get you a
picture.

That one is an easy bracket to make. It clamps to the right side draft link. I ran a 515 on a couple AC D14s and welded a tab, with a 7/8 bolt welded into it to hook the breakback to, under the right draft link after establishing the location.

Yep. easy. a couple pieces of strap iron(1/2x2),drill a some holes.......WaLa! you have a bracket.
