Ford 515 sicklemower breakaway

Have been messing with this Ford 515 three point sickle mower for a couple years. No matter what I try I can't seem to get the breakaway arm to hold as it should. It will release just driving across the yard with the mower down. I've adjusted the length three bolts holding the main the spring and it doesn't seem to help any. I can grab the end of the sickle bar, pull with one arm and get the breakaway arm to release. Can't see any obvious issues in the latch as I currently have it apart. Anyone out there have one of these and any advice?

The manual says to equally adjust the 3 adjusting nut till the spring is compressed to 10-7/16 the

Yeah, have done that. Tight or loose doesn't seem to make a difference on the release. I have an owners manual. Doesn't show the internal parts very well. Can't see any wear on any of the parts. Hoping some one would have a picture of the shaft that gets latched inside of the end casting. Not sure if mine is correct.

I'll try to attach a picture of the whole breakaway and one of the internal shaft. Casting number on the head is 242555 and the latch is 241991

I've most likely have that but to find it would be next to impossible since this one I have has been parted out

Probably why every 515 I have seen had the breakaway welded. When I resurrected the one I use I adapted the breakaway from a scraped Farmall, Photos in the link.
