Hi all,
I've run into a bit of an odd problem with my backhoe and I'm not sure what's going on. I've had a leaky power steering line for quite some time but it was finally to the point where it needed to be replaced. The line was on the left hand steering cylinder. Now that I've replaced it, after a very short period of time of running, turning the steering wheel is very difficult. It's as if the pump is low on fluid but it's not. The reservoir is full. I really don't know what to look into because everything seems to be fine on startup. It's after a couple of minutes of warming up that it happens. The power steering pump is newer with maybe 100 hours on it.
What can I check to try and narrow down what's going on?
Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
Matt
