I was moving some dirt today and my 5600 just up and died on me.
I check the fuel lev. it was low but not out so I put a few gallons in and still no luck
I can take one of the injector lines alose and turn it over it will start but only run for a min
if I do this then kill it and rehook the line it will run fine long enough to go about 50 yards and then dies
need some help as this is my 1st tractor

When's the last time you changed the fuel filter(s)? Is the screen a head of the tank valve clogged? Is the tank fuel cap vent hole open?

You maybe getting air in the lines. Bleed all the lines ahead of the pump through the bleed screw on the filter. Some pumps have a bleed screw on them and if yours does, bleed it. Then bleed the injectors.

it was changed right before I baught it last summer but I have used it a lot.
I bleed the filter and the pump and they did not have a lot of air but I may have done it wrong
Ill redo them in the morning thanks for the info

Start with the filter and when you have that off make sure there's a good flow of fuel coming into the filter from the tank. Bleed it out and then see what happens. That should lick it. Hope so anyway...
