It's important to know which 600 series you have in order to begin to answer this question and even then it's not likely we can be sure without seeing it.
Do you have a 640 (4 speed transmission)?
Do you have a 650 (5 speed transmission, transmission PTO)?
Do you have a 660 (5 speed transmission, live PTO)?
Or maybe it's one of the more stripped down models?
Furthermore, "I don't have any adjustments" is pretty generic statement. Can you elaborate?

It is a 4 speed and no matter which way I adjust the nut I have no clutch pedal, it stays in gear. This is the adjustment screw I'm talking about.

You must have not gotten everything together correctly when you put it back together then. Hard to tell what without a split again I imagine. I certainly haven't a clue from this distance.
