FORD 6000 will not move

We have a Ford diesel 6000 (hydrostacit) will not move. engine runs.need help diagnosing...tractor sat fo 20 yr because stop moving...
WHAT DOES WORK.. the 2pt hitch hyd lift arms lift up and the rear hyd hose squarts oil.to operate a hyd cyl.on a attachment. the aqumulater (two tanks in the front near resivore) operate when the hyd brake peddle is pushed. the power steering when turned at idle will stall the tractor. tires are flat in the dirt.= so the hyd pump is working.....We moved the diff disconect lever to toe tractor.left side near fraim rail.made no change.
WHAT WILL NOT WORK...
Has no rear pto shaft turning.
NO slight of engine loading down, when put in any gear.
HELP thank you.

More than likely the Input shaft is stripped or the Torque Limiting Clutch has sheared the rivets off , regardless of which it is the tractor will have to be split between the engine and the trans. to repair the problem . Thanks Tony

Tony is absolutely correct in his diagnosis. What he did not say is that this is not a hydrostatic!!! It is a Select-O-Speed powershift.
