ford 641 steering question

rebuilt the manual steering box and it turns fine. turns same amount in each direction. but does not turn as short as I think it should. my jubiee turns quite a bit shorter. is there something that I might have messed up in rebuilding the steering box?

If you got the teeth on the sectors meshed according to the service manual I can't think of anything that would be messed up.

if you can count, and used the fo-20.. that's about all there is too it.
