Ford 6600 fuel question

Need help with Ford 6600. Tractor will run fine at full throttle for awhile then will lose power after awhile and only run at basically idle speed. Changed the filter and the strainer in the tank but still the same result. I can turn the tractor off when this happens and crank it right back up and it will run fine again. Any suggestions?
