Ford 661 Fluid Change

I'd like to give the Ford I recently got a full flush and just wondered where, what kind, and how much fluid i need for the hydro, rear end, and tranny. I see there is a fill on the trans vover as well as on the left side of the rear end right next to the third link. Any help much appreciated.

a manual would tell you this.. however.. 6qts trans, 8qt diffy, 8 qt hyds.

you can use gear oil 80w90 in the trans and diffy, and utf oil inthe hyds.

can use utf oil in all 3.

can use aw32 int he hyds.. but i wouldn't due to possible leaky seals and contaminated sumps.

cap at trans is trans fill.. cap on left side of seat under leg is hyds fill.. cap behind right but cheek is diffy fill.

no surprise.. drains are in that order as well...

diffy in the rear, then hyds,... then trans.. then crankcase.. working back to front..

oil for crankcase goes in at the breather next to the distrib... use oil based on climate..

s rated oil for gas.. or c rated oil for diesel..

anything from 15w40 to 20w50 .. or straight 30w to 40w for hot climates and worn engines.

5 qts engine.. half qt oil filter... canister type is a fram 6chpl.. or napa 1004... spin on is a fram ph8a or napa 1452 or napa 1515.. or motorcraft fl1a etc..
