I don't believe it was an actual Ford tractor model. It's not returned when you search for that model number on the parts site.

Tractordata says this about the 7095:

The Ford 7095 was converted by EVA of Belgium using a Ford industrial engine and cast-iron frame.

It also says that it used a 6 cylinder diesel engine, but that's about all.

It says the same things about a model called the 5095.

There are 2 other models listed on tractordata that are similar, the 7100 (not to be confused with the real Ford 7000 ag chassis model) and the 7400. These last 2 were also converted by EVA of Belgium using a Ford industrial 6 cylinder diesel engine but they don't mention the cast iron frame. There is one other one listed, the 6500, also converted by EVA, but it specifically says that one was converted using the rear half of a 5000 with a 6 cylinder industrial Ford diesel engine. It looks like most of them were available as either 2WD or 4WD.
