Ford 775a back head

Ended up taking the valve cover off on this 755a to do a head gasket, turns out half of the rockers are getting oil and the other half aren’t. I don’t know for how long this happened but half is definitely dry. Could this be from a clogged oil passage or could this be the oil pump? When I put the tractor back together eventually, where does the oil sender live so I could put a gauge on if need be since an oil line for the turbo goes. I’m going to probably take the rocker shaft apart to see how worn they are since the other half is tighter.

Could be either clog or low pressure.
You should be able to tap into oil passage for a gauge from either plug on the front or back side of the filter

That's pretty odd, those engines have a fairly robust lube system. I'd suspect a plugged rockershaft before I started doubting oil pressure.

Finally took the head off, the blew head gasket blew bare minimum. The last rocker bolt next to the cab was really tight (#3-1 were less but about the same). When the tractor was running, it had heavy blow by. Fast look the block holes looked clear, but I’ll take a better look in the morning. I’m think of getting the head checked since it off. I might have a spare head and rocker shaft

Perhaps you blew the head gasket at the oil passage allowing the oil to go back into the sump. A lot of carbon on the upper cylinders
