Ford 8210 III Tractor

Hey everyone, my dad is seriously looking into buying a Ford 8210 III tractor and I just wanted to get everyone's opinion on it.

Haven't gone out to see it yet but from the pictures it's a nice clean tractor. (Believe me, I know you can't judge anything from just the pictures alone) It has 3,208 hours on it and they want $21,000 for it.

Does anyone know the difference between the 8210 II and the 8210 III?

So again I just wanted to get your guys' opinion on it, what to look for, what to be cautious of, are the hours and price of the tractor pretty good, etc...?

Check the archives for 8210 as I was looking at an 8210 II at the time. Good advice was given as always.

Never seen a III... Is this in N/A or the UK? I've seen reference to the III series in certain places and I don't believe they're all that different than any other Ford. I think the main differences were with the electronics.... performance monitor and electronic draft control. That type of stuff. I'd have no particular worries about one. Just check the tractor over well and make sure everything operates correctly.
