Ford 841D injector sealing washer question

I purchased 4- 310947 injector sealing washers from CNH dealer for my 841D Ford Tractor. The package was open when I received and am not sure if these are the right size.
Question I have is these washers are slightly larger than the originals I took out and was wondering if these washers are that critical other than the thickness?

Dimentions of new washers are .393" ID, .827" OD, .064" thick.

The Original used washers were .367" ID, .775" OD, .061" thick.
Anyone know what the actual size is supposed to be?
