Ford 861 Radiator replacement?

How big of a project is swapping out a radiator on a Ford 861? Any tips before I start the project?

Not to hard if you have help removing thew hood. Once the hood is off it pretty much sit right out in the open and a couple bolts/nuts and the hoses and your holding in your hands

you can loosen all the bolts at the steering column, then split the hood front at the emblem holder and get at the radiator without completely taking the hood off.

saves you maybee another 20m of work depending on how them itty bitty bolts and captive nuts treat you.
