well I found the problem,, Thought I would start with the fuel tank first.
So I removed the gas line from the valve outlet, Then I turned on the gas and the fuel just trickled out. Then I new I found the problem,,Got me some wire and turned the valve on, Then I fed the wire up into the tank.Well as soon as the wire was inserted the gas came out like a garden hose.
Ran the tractor for awhile and no issues with it,,Runs Great,,
But now I know I have to remove the tank and try to flush it with Vinegar and water.
I wont know how bad the build up of debris is but you can bet it's really Bad.
Thanks to all of you guys for your help..Really appreciated,,

What I did is I took off my gas tank, put
about a gallon of gas in it and with my
brothers help swooshed the gas around as
hard as I could, then I poured the gas into
a bucket with some old t shirts over it to
strain out the debris. Poured gas back in
and repeat. Did it about six times until
there was no more debris.
My tank wasn't bad thou, not much rust at
all, mostly old pieces of leaves and little
tiny sticks.

Also unscrew the settlement bowl and clean the screen.

Probable NO-GO fuel issue causes are: plugged vent, plugged screens, plugged sediment bulb, dirty gas tank, dirty carb, and more. There are three OEM screens in the fuel system. Two are on the Sediment Bulb Assembly; the 3rd is on the brass elbow inside the carb where the fuel line connects to. SEE PICTURES. I wouldn?t be shoving anything, wires especially, up into the sediment bulb assembly. You have a vertical fine mesh screen on the inlet port inside the tank that you can damage. Best solution is to remove the tank and thoroughly clean. The ESSENTIAL MANUALS are your friend. PM is so important to maintain any piece of machinery.

That's only going to work for a short period. If you want to do a proper job, you have to remove the entire tank, get it boiled at a tank service place and then coat the inside with POR-15 or equivalent.

Hi Tim
I understand this procedure your explaining to me..Definitely the way to go,What is POR-15?
My problem is Snow,,It could any day now. I live in a little town called Elk WA,,About 30mils north of Spokane WA,,And we really get the snow,If i could limp along until spring then do the tank flush, I have no shop or garage to work in..It would be just my luck to begin this tank flushing and get caught with 6" of snow on the ground.
At least if it happens again i know what to do for quick fix.

Hi Tim,,yes your right i should drop the tank.. But again i don't have a shop or garage,,And it would just be be luck to get caught in a snow fall..If it starts acting up again I can do the Quick fix to it. I always shut off the gas when i"m not using the tractor. On this tractor the tank is attached to the hood, What a headache it will be.
