Hey guys, started working on my neighbors Ford 9n. 3 years ago, it quit running, like a spark issue, he spent a lot of time on it and probably made it worse. It has spark, firing order looks right, he installed new coil, cap and rotor and carb kit which all looks good ,but will not fire. I've tried gas in the plug holes, spraying gas in the carb and not even a kick. There is a knocking noise while rolling over and the starter jumps while turning. Could thereby an internal issues. The valves operating correct. Never had this issue before. Thoughts?
