Ford F100 wiring

Friend has a 1975 F100 with factory inline 6 300 with points. We can find no wiring diagrams for the truck dealing specifically with the 6cyl engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What specific problem are you dealing with?

If you MUST have the exact, complete diagram, you"ll need a factory service manual.

Having difficulty finding a short. Someone has butchered the wiring before we received this truck. Wires have been added and original wires have been cut. Would like to verify location and destination of wires in the engine bay and use all original wires as possible.

If you look at any Ford wiring diagrams I think you"ll see ford had a standard color code. Example: the color of a alternator field wire will be the same color in most every vehicle.
