I have never seen one of these before. Is it real or a custom homemade unit? It says C5011F for the Model number

If it starts and runs then that is on the high end of reasonable given the state of the tires. It's going to be around $1500.00 just to replace them. If it doesn't currently start and run then I wouldn't give more than scrap price for it.

If you get it, look into R4 Industrial tires rather than those R1 ag tires. Maybe get a set or R4's that are foam filled. It looks like it's also going to need some weights added if you plan to lift anything really heavy. I've never seen one of those forklift conversions without a substantial amount of some sort of extra weight at the original front end of the tractor to counter the weight of the load on the forks.

So it the forklift part just run off the 3 point? Also curious on the tranny. Do you just use it in Reverse to go forward and 4 speeds in reverse?

No 3-point. Forklift mast would mount to
the axle and top cover area.
4x4 reversing transmission let's you pick
gears 1 through 4, and use a reversing
lever to choose direction of travel.

Hydraulics for the fork lift appears to have its own reservoir on that one, on the original right side of the tractor (now the left side with the seat facing backward). I'm not sure where the hydraulic pump might be. I don't see a front mounted pump, nor one mounted on the side of the engine where the 3 point pump would normally be for a 3400, and since it's got the torque converter trans, which was never offered with a PTO option, it can't be a PTO driven hydraulic pump either. Maybe that box near where the engine mounted 3 point pump would have been has some sort of pump hidden inside it.

The industrials have a reservoir above the
radiator and the pump under the radiator,
run off the front of the crankshaft.
Part of the reason for the hard nose on
them us they had to be heavy enough to
carry about 10 gals of hyd oil.

That is not saying Sean isn't correct about that tank on the side.
A large forklift mast very likely needed more than 10 gals of oil to raise to full height.

I assumed that the original $1000.00 price was with the entire forklift assembly. Does it even run?

I assumed that too but i guess not. I never even talked to the seller and don't even want too. I have no idea if it even runs

That idea has been around since the late '40s. Pix is a 821 but the fork was on probably a 2n once upon a time. Sherman name is on mast. Pump runs off front of engine. This one can rotate the forks in order to dump apples in to truck.

Not sure why one pix was loaded 2x and the #3 never showed

Also, lot of them were made based on Case 530CK and 580CK tractors.
