Ford generator problem update

Well, it has been a while but I was having trouble with my gen light staying on and thought my gen or VR was bad. The batt had to be charged with my portable charger for a couple hours before I could start the tractor, and even a short time of turning the motor over after charging it, was a drag on the batt. So, I replaced the batt, replaced the VR but the light was still on. After a couple days the light just disappeared! Roll Tide! LOL! The light has not reappeared and the old Tractor turns over very fast now, just like it was a brand new Ford. I just got my planters hooked up on the cultivator and I'm almost ready to plant but I've got five big turkey gobblers to take care of in the morning so, goodnight and wish me luck!

I remember A&B when they were still on 26th and Lyndale ave So (or thereabouts).
I knew they were long gone from yuppieville there but did not know they had moved to Burnsville.
You must be fairly close. I live in Columbia Heights.
