Can anyone tell me which part number the circled fitting is?

Looks like a standard hydraulic fitting that a machine shop or tractor dealership should stock. Pull it out and go shopping.

I agree. It's a generic hydraulic elbow. Probably adapts ORB (o-ring boss) style on the cylinder to JIC (37 degree taper), but it will need to be removed from the cylinder to confirm and measure the thread size. If I were to guess it's likely 1/2" JIC and #8 ORB, as that's a pretty common combination.

Any place that makes hoses is likely to have that adapter, most have a number of different adapters to go along with the hose ends.
