ford question

Hey I need help from you guys on finding ford disk blades. This is a hobby so I not sure if I used the right name for the cutting wheel. After market or OEM parts, whats easer to find. No numbers on disk but 10ft wide, I think 20" Dim. with 1-1/8 hole will take all help..

New Holland is kind of spotty on parts availability on older equipment. I've had good luck getting parts for my Ford 224 disk from Shoup's in Iowa. I think their website is www.shoupparts.com.

I have Shoup's catalog and a 20" disc that fits a 1-1/8" square or round axle costs $33 each. I have bought a whole stack (15 or 20) of brand new discs at farm equipment auctions and paid that much for the whole stack.

$33 each isn't cheap, but beats NH's price of $48 for smooth or $64 for notched 22" blades...
