The basics are 1985 Ford 3910 utility tractor final assembly May 13 1985 day shift in USA. C741960 is the serial number. The trans and engine numbers given are date codes indicating they were assembled about a month before final assembly.

I believe that model would have an 8-speed manual transmission with two reverse speeds configured as: 8x2 speed manual (4x1 + hi/low)
