Fordson F question

Here’s a couple of photos of my 1/16th scale die-cast Fordson project (still lot's to do!):

A quick question: behind the air washer, on top of the steering box/dash, there is a cap or knob looking thing…what is this? Just curious. Thanks for the help.

Are you building this from scratch or is there a die cast kit you"re working from?

If there is a kit, where do you get it?

I think it is a vent for the transmission.
