Fordson Super major

I changed my head gasket on my 1960 super major. I have noticed that i have smoke coming out of 1 or 2 of my fuel injectors right at the spot where the connect to the motor. Any ideas....did i not reinstall them properly? They seem to have gone together the same way they came apart.

I've never pulled the injectors on a Major, but I'll bet there's some sort of washer that needs to be replaced when the injectors are re-installed.

i replaced them.....wish that was is!

Not familiar with this unit but have seen other comments before on similar. Possible causes - carbon or other material left on sealing surfaces, bolts holding in place bottoming in blind hole or threads having rust on exposed part of thread keeping from screwing in far enough.

Do you have the I&T F0-201 Service Manual? That will cover your Fordson Super Major Diesel. Picture may not be your model ???
