formating picture post

I"m just alittle behind on posting pics but think I my have figured it out.My question is-Once I write the test and post the picture the text ends up on the bottem of the picture- how do you do it so the text is above the picture?

It's all a matter of where you put the code.
Put it above the text, and that's where it goes. Put it below, and the same result. I think though if you just want it on top, that's right where the optional image url box down below will put it.
