Found broken spacer on engine baseplate

Hello - Does anyone recognize this part and can suggest how it would end up near the engine oil drain screw on the engine baseplate? This is from my YM1600 tractor. The spacer-like part is about 0.5" outer diameter, 0.1" wall thickness, and 0.34" high.

Thanks

Thanks Aaron. It looks like all of my valve keepers are in place. The part I have in the photos seems to have been a single part that broke into 4 pieces. I was thinking it might have been part 32 in this page from governor parts, but not sure it could get from this location into the cavity capped by the engine base plate.

I found the broken part in the first post images on part 25 in the picture of engine block parts.

Sorry Winston - I realized I got the wrong name after post but hadn't got back to correct it. I'm not sure if that governor spacer could get into that cavity with the baseplate but I'll check to see if it's in place or not.

Actually looking at your link that part is smaller than the broken part I have.
