Frey loader hydraulics

Any suggestions on who to contact for a replacement part. The plunger(?) in the valve body broke at the bolt hole. Or other alternatives. I'm mechanically but not with hydraulics. Thanks!

Very few valves can have a valve spool replaced as they are often fit to the bore. My thought is you need to start looking for a complete, new valve to replace it.

It appears Frey stopped building loaders in 2019 and parts support has likely gone by the wayside. Looking at a parts book online for the Frey WL165 loader it appears you need to first identify the valve your loader has. The book shows a Valvoil SD5 and a Bondioli were used.

Have you called the phone number on the FREY website?

You can always take it to a machine shop and see if they can weld or otherwise repair the spool. That could cost as much as a valve and still not work just right.

Edited to add valve parts drawings

Thank you. It appears that the part that is broken is the fulcrum. I'm thinking of taking it to a machine shop and see if one can be built or weld this one up.
